During these 4 theoretical and practical modules we will learn the basic themes of a healthy and complete vegetable diet, cooking tips and how to prepare 4 complete balanced meals with several variations.

Cold melon and yogurt soup
Jackfruit burgers
Spinach and tangerine salad
Apple cake
Mod IV - 28th August
Cream of zucchini and leek
Vegetable pataniscas with red bean rice
Greek salad
Cocoa and avocado mousse
